International Biometric Group is looking for an experienced Corporate Controller for our rapidly growing and well established consulting and Government contracting business. The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background and be part of a team that creates and implements policies and procedures to identify, resolve and document accounting issues to make the close and reporting processes more efficient and accurate.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee Sr. Accountant and Staff Accountant
• Maintain General Ledger
• Review bank reconciliations
• Review semi-monthly payroll
• Review and advise on classification of accounts payable
• Review invoices, manage accounts receivable
• Cash Management
• Contract review and management
• Pricing for contracts
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Financial Analysis
• Vendor relationships
• Customer relationships
• Office Management
• Work with human resources
