International Biometric Group (IBG) is looking for an experienced Health IT System Support Coordinator for our rapidly growing and well established consulting and Government contracting business.
Responsibilities
- Perform research to determine underlying causes of issues related to delivery of YourTexasBenefits Card
- Work with analysts in other areas of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission to resolved issues
- Perform testing of Health IT applications under the supervision of the test lead
- Assist project team and client with capturing, editing, and distributing meeting notes
- Produce, review, and edit project documentation, including technical designs, briefing memos, and presentations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Tenacity (desire to drive tasks through to completion)
- Diplomacy (ability to get along well with others)
- Enthusiasm for a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor's Degree (will consider extensive work experience in Health IT production support as substitute for degree)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience with online research
- Knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, Visio)
Additional Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience with any of the following Texas HHSC Systems:
- TIERS
- Med ID file
- TMHP (Compass21, Vision21)
- MEHIS
