Responsibilities
IBG is seeking individuals to work as part of integrated research and consulting teams. The individual in this role will be responsible for the following:
- Participating in research projects for government and commercial customers
- Performing detailed analysis of business and technology issues
- Writing research papers
- Presenting findings at meetings and conferences
- Participating as part of a team on consulting engagements
- Developing an understanding of client*s technical and business requirements
- Developing insightful, logical analyses of difficult problem areas
- Managing day-to-day client interactions, working with client team members at all levels of an organization
- Assisting in business development efforts
- Identifying, assessing, and escalating opportunities
- Participating in development of complex proposals
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, with strong academic record
- At least 1-2 years professional work experience OR postgraduate degree
- Strong analytical, writing, and editing capabilities
- Ability to write for professional audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint
- High levels of resourcefulness, tenacity, independence, energy, and self-confidence
- Ability to work independently on complex problems
Additional Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in project management
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis
- Demonstrated experience in creative problem solving
- Experience delivering client-facing presentations
